Are there any discount or reward schemes?

Yes there are different options if you want to earn extra money or you can become a flirties ambassador.

If you love our products you can leave a review on your favourite products and if your review gets published you will earn a £5 voucher for each review.

ECO FRIENDLY APPROACH

What is flirties doing to be more eco friendly?

We have taken several measures to offer a more eco friendly approach to help and protect our environment. This includes paper packing tape, recyclable courier bags, eco friendly and recyclable accessories, usage of paper bags instead of plastic, cardboard packaging instead of bubble wrap etc. just to name a few.

OFFERS

How does the Buy 5 - Get 1 free work?

If you add 5 trays of lashes to your basket the system will automatically offer you the 6th tray free of charge and the same applies to other offers for the buy 5 - get 1 free promotions for waxing, tanning and retail items etc. We also have a promotion on lash adhesives and the system will automatically open a pop up window to let you choose the additional items.

I have a promotional code. Can I use that?

You can use your vouchers or promotional codes at any time, however they will not work in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

If you are set up with a VIP or Ambassador discount you need to tick the box of "use discount code instead" if you want to use a promotional code or seasonal offer.

ORDERING

Do I have to be trained with flirties to buy the products?

No, as long as you are qualified in the treatment for which you are ordering the products there won't be a problem. If you are unsure about anything we also offer tutoring and conversion or refresher training so you can brush up on your skills.

It is my first time ordering with flirties - What do I do?

If you register online you have the option to upload your certificates or alternatively you can email them to us at office@flirties.co.uk with the order number as reference. If we do not have proof of your qualification this may delay the dispatch of your order.

DELIVERY

When will I receive my order?

If you place your order before noon it is generally dispatched the same day and in most cases the courier will deliver within 2 days.

I can see two delivery options, what is the difference?

When you reach £50 you will automatically see the option to choose free delivery. It is the same delivery method via courier, the only difference is that it is FREE :)

Who will deliver my order?

If you are in the UK it is generally DPD or one of their subcontractors but you will receive an email with the tracking details and your one hour delivery slot once the parcel is in your local depot.

For any parcels sent by Royal mail you will receive the tracking details so that you can follow the progress of your parcel.

Do I have to be in to sign for it?

You can choose this when you get the tracking details as DPD offers you different options for your delivery.

Can I claim compensation if my package does not arrive in time?

No, neither the courier nor flirties will guarantee delivery times and neither of the parties are liable for any delays. Whilst we try our best to get the order to you as quickly as possible, it can at times come to delays due to adverse weather or traffic conditions.

MARKETING MATERIALS / IMAGES

Can I use your marketing materials?

Yes you can! If you are trained with flirties we provide our leaflets and posters free of charge. If you are not trained with us you can order the leaflets at a small nominal fee.

I want to use the logo for my website / price list

We do have an option for flirties trained therapists to use our logo so you can email office@flirties.co.uk and we will send you an undertaking and then we can create bespoke images for you to use.

Please remember that the brand and name is trademark protected so you can't use the logo or any of our images unless we authorise you and send you the relevant images. Breach of the trademark law can be deemed a criminal offence and can have serious consequences for you and your business.

Do you recommend doing a patch test?

Yes we do! There are various reasons why you should be patch testing clients and here is why! READ the Blog.

VEGAN FRIENDLY BEAUTY

Are flirties products vegan friendly?

Yes, most products are vegan friendly and some have already been registered with the Vegan Society which means peace of mind for you as the products and ingredients are checked and verified to ensure that they are genuinely vegan friendly.

Can I see by the ingredients if a product is vegan friendly?

No, unfortunately you can't tell by the ingredients if a product is vegan friendly. Even something simple like lash extensions (you would naturally assume they are vegan friendly) is checked as the colouring agents might not be vegan friendly or the ingredients are possibly not sourced or handled in a way that would qualify for the status of being "vegan friendly".
