How does the Buy 5 - Get 1 free work?
If you add 5 trays of lashes to your basket the system will automatically offer you the 6th tray free of charge and the same applies to other offers for the buy 5 - get 1 free promotions for waxing, tanning and retail items etc. We also have a promotion on lash adhesives and the system will automatically open a pop up window to let you choose the additional items.
I have a promotional code can i use that?
You can use your vouchers or promotional codes at any time, however they will not work in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
Do I have to be trained with flirties to buy the products?
No, as long as you are qualified in the treatment for which you are ordering the products there wont be a problem. If you are unsure about anything we also offer tutoring and conversion or refresher training so you can brush up on your skills.
It is my first time ordering with flirties - What do I do?
If you register online you have the option to upload your certificates or alternatively you can email them to us at email@example.com with the order number as reference. If we do not have proof of your qualification this may delay the dispatch of your order.
How do I collect loyalty points?
If you are trained with flirties you can start collecting loyalty points. Feel free to contact your trainer for more details.
When will I receive my order?
If you place your order before noon it is generally dispatched the same day and in most cases the courier will deliver the next working day.
If you place your order after noon the order will be dispatched the next working day and should be delivered the following working day.
I can see two delivery options, what is the difference?
When you reach £50 you will automatically see the option to choose free delivery. It is the same delivery method via courier, the only difference is that it is FREE :)
Who will deliver my order?
If you are in the UK it is generally APC or one of their subcontractors but you will receive an email with the tracking details as soon as the order has been dispatched so you can track your order or contact the courier directly.
If you are outside the UK the order will generally be dispatched by airmail on a tracked and signed service or for larger or heavier packages the parcel will be sent via UPS.
Do I have to be in to sign for it?
No, for smaller items the courier will post through the letterbox or if it is too large to fit through the letterbox the driver will leave the package with one of your neighbours h
What if I dont want it to be left without signature?
When you place your order you can add a note as part of the check out process to state you do not wish the package to be posted or left with a neighbour or which neighbour to leave it with.
Can I claim compensation if my package does not arrive in time?
No, neither the courier nor flirties will guarantee delivery times and neither of the parties are liable for any delays. Whilst we try our best to get the order to you as quickly as possible, it can at times come to delays due to adverse weather or traffic conditions.
MARKETING MATERIALS / IMAGES
Can I use your marketing materials?
Yes you can! If you are trained with flirties we provide our leaflets and posters free of charge. If you are not trained with us you can order the leaflets at a small nominal fee.
I want to use the logo for my website / pricelist
We do have an option for flirties trained therapists to use our logo so you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you an undertaking and then we can create bespoke images for you to use.
Please remember that the brand and name is trademark protected so you cant use the logo or any of our images unless we authorise you and send you the relevant images. Breach of the trademark law can be deemed a criminal offence and can have serious consequences for you and your business.
